Develop skills for improved self-awareness, the building block where real personal growth and power to change lives starts
Stop habits that hinder healthy self-esteem
Replace self-defeating thoughts and behaviors with positive views
Develop healthy actions and boundaries for an improved life experience
 

Lunch will be provided. There is a $25 flat registration fee. Registration will open at 8:30 AM, where you’ll have a chance to sign in and enjoy some light refreshments. The workshop itself will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. We’ll break for lunch from 12:30 to 1:00 PM, with a delicious meal provided on-site. The workshop will wrap up by 5:00 PM.

You Are Worthy will now be held four times a year! Future dates include Jul 19, and Oct 25. Registration for future dates will open one month prior to the workshop date.
