Join Robert as he takes you off the beaten path, from the UNESCO treasures of Palermo to the Renaissance wonders of Urbino and Spello, to wandering perfectly preserved Renaissance walls encircling cobblestone streets of Lucca. Along the way, you’ll uncover breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable flavors, and the deep cultural roots that make Italy endlessly fascinating.

Robert is an Italian chef, tour specialist, author, and educator. In 2014, he founded Italian Culinary Tours with a passion for giving guests authentic, once-in-a-lifetime experiences that go far beyond sightseeing, offering instead a chance to live like an Italian.

To make this class even more memorable, Chef Bruno will prepare a multi-course Italian lunch, perfectly paired with live performances by an opera singer, bringing the spirit of Italy right to the table.
