In each class, you'll unlock new ways to move, both challenging your body and delighting in creating unique patterns, shapes, and expressions of music in the body. You'll also build confidence - If you're shy or a loner (Misha is both, yes really!) this dance will teach you how to trust others and open your heart to dancing with confidence, a quality which will spill over and benefit all areas of your life! It is great for beginners who are new to bellydance as well as those dancers who have all levels of experience but want to learn GC style.  Global Caravan is fusion dance form with roots in bellydance. Misha will teach you fundamental bellydance moves, and you'll also learn to move in a welcoming atmosphere where *everyone* can dance. All ages, shapes, sizes, gender expressions are welcome.This improvisational format is one that teaches you to dance from the very first class, learning to lead and follow, cultivating fitness, confidence in your Self, and strength in the body.We have an a-freaking-mazing time we have in this class.  We smile, laugh, and love all while learning to dance a form of movement that's earthy, soulful, and exciting.
