Join us for a braw Haggis Making Class where you’ll learn how to craft Scotland’s national dish the proper way — with heart, heritage, and a wee bit of humor! Learn about the history of the noble Haggis with stories of its legend and obscure habits. Make your own Haggis with Chef Mike, an expert in Scottish cuisine, and sip on a fine glass of Mead, beer, wine, cider or soft drinks. Listen to some Ceilidh music and enjoy a tasting session with some samples of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties served with a delectable creamy whisky sauce.
Whether you’re a curious beginner, or a local Celt looking to reconnect with your roots, this hands-on workshop is a rare treat! No need to bring anything but your enthusiasm — we’ll supply the sheep’s pluck!
