Following the harvest, the experience continues in the Healthylicious kitchen, where participants will take part in a hands-on baking session inspired by the strawberries they have just picked.

Guided step by step, you will prepare:
• Strawberry, Feta & Balsamic Tart – a beautifully balanced savoury bake that highlights the versatility of strawberries, showcasing how their natural sweetness pairs harmoniously with salty and tangy elements
• Strawberry Cookies – soft, flavourful treats celebrating the fruit’s natural sweetness

Throughout the session, emphasis is placed on simple techniques, flavour pairing, and creative expression, making the class suitable for both beginners and more confident home cooks.

The Adult & Child session offers a wonderful opportunity for families to cook together, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and shared enjoyment in the kitchen.

The class concludes with participants packaging their hand-picked strawberries alongside their freshly prepared bakes to take home and enjoy.

This experience is ideal for food lovers, families, and anyone looking to enjoy a seasonal, hands-on activity that celebrates fresh ingredients and the joy of cooking.
