Townhome Development on Montgomery Dr Santa Rosa

�Alert - City of Santa Rosa Neighborhood Planning Meeting December 15th at 5pm, 637 First Street regarding the development of a 162 three story townhomes sandwiched between St Eugene’s and the Carillo Adobe.
This will be a huge impact to Montgomery Drive and the neighborhood. If you don't want a 162 3 story townhome in your neighborhood and are fed up with the SR city council turning Santa Rosa into San Jose, consider attending the meeting.
