Lisa S. Gorrell is a Certified Genealogist and has served on boards of several genealogical societies including the Sonoma County Genealogical Society.

2:30-3:30 Finding your Railroad Ties with Cindy Brennan

There are only a few things that are as entwined with American history as the Railroad. For many of our ancestors, trains represented the most profound change in their lifetime. New careers, travel, food, medicine and products that were never available before, were now a possibility. Join us on a virtual train trip to learn how your family was connected to the magic of the Railroad.

Cindy Brennan has been an avid family history researcher for over 20 years. Since 2009, she has served as the editor of the Sonoma County Genealogy Society's monthly newsletter.  

This meeting is held in-person at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Cultural Hall, 1725 Peterson Lane, Santa Rosa or you can attend via Zoom.
