New Year's Eve Sound Journey & Meditation

Join us New Year’s Eve for an unforgettable experience of conscious relaxation and revelation.

Vinita will create a soothing and immersive 60-minute sound journey, designed to offer space to restore and reflect on the past year. This journey includes a curated selection of instruments including an Atlantis gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan meditation bowls, tingshaws, various chimes, modern healing instruments; and guided meditation stimulating our individual and collective powers of manifestation.

Time is allowed at the end of the session to sit in silence or journal.

Please bring a mat, cozy items (blankets, eye masks, pillows), journal and writing instrument. The studio will provide bolsters and blocks.

Expect to receive a profound activation of the heart’s desire.
