Each Tuesday, meet at Ed Walline Beach access (across from Skunk Gully) at 8:30am and crush a light weight, high energy workout! Classes are open to all fitness levels, all you need is a set of 1-5lb DBs, a mat and a smile. 

Shoes are optional. If you do not have your own weights, Aly has extra at a first come first serve basis.
