It’s a festive, relaxed class designed for anyone who enjoys good food and good company.We’ll guide you through the full process of making meat-based tortellini from scratch: mixing and rolling your pasta dough, learning how to make the filling, and folding tortellini by hand. Please note that this recipe is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, as it contains pork, mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and nutmeg.A specialty cocktail and beer open bar will be available throughout the evening so you can sip and cook, two of our favorite things in the world ???. BYOB is also encouraged, because why not?Once the cooking is done, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the tortellini prepared during the class - and a surprise dessert will be served too ?.To bring a playful twist to the night, we’re making this an Ugly Sweater edition.
