The Turkey Day Trot: Stride for Peace is an untimed, family-friendly event featuring a 5K Stride for Peace and a Family 1-Miler along the beautiful Santa Monica shoreline.
Walk, stroll, or stride—there’s no rush, just fresh ocean air, good company, and a spirit of togetherness.

During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to donate directly to Merge Opportunities, ensuring every stride helps create meaningful opportunities and stronger communities for all.

This year’s Stride for Peace is inspired by Remembering Lala, honoring victims of domestic violence and supporting survivors on their path to freedom and healing.
The holidays can be difficult for many, and domestic violence reports increase by up to 30% during this season.
By striding together, we raise awareness, offer compassion, and take steps toward a future where every home is safe, and every heart is free.
