Then design and create their own art journals. This workshop is designed to foster relaxation, creativity, and self-expression in a supportive environment.Workshop DescriptionDuring this 2-hour guided session, attendees will first clear their mind with a mini sound bowl session - setting intentions for the journey they are creating.Each attendee will receive a 4x4 mini journal and will be able to select from a variety of rocks, shells, crystals, charms and other materials to design each journey. We will explore various mixed-media techniques to personalize their art journals.
