Release, Receive & Reset: Monthly Breathwork, Sound & Reiki at START UP

Join Blair Cobb & Kelly Merryman Turner on the first Tuesday of every month at START UP Wellness for a special Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki class timed with the moon's cycles.

Using the powerful combination of these three healing modalities for a total nervous system reset. Breathwork to open your energetic channels, sound vibration to recalibrate this energy on a cellular level, and Reiki to dissolve and release what is no longer needed.

These monthly classes are timed with the moon's cycles, offering an even deeper experience designed to honor & flow with your body's own natural rhythms.

The outcome? True multi-dimensional healing that leaves you transformed on a physical, emotional & energetic level.

✨ What to expect:

• Guided breathwork set to a fun, upbeat playlist designed to reconnect you with your body and inner rhythm
• Live sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, and curated music
• Gentle Reiki to support nervous system integration and ease
• Optional reflection and intention setting
• A comfortable, inclusive space where you can simply be

• Avoid eating a heavy meal within an hour of class.
• Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• If you feel called to reflect after the session, consider bringing a pen and journal.
• Due to limited supplies, we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow/bolster.
• An eye mask or covering is optional.

• Doors open at 6:15 PM – please arrive early to settle in.
• Doors close at 6:40 PM – to respect the process and avoid disruptions, no late entry will be allowed after this time.

Blair Cobb is a certified Breathwork teacher and Reiki Master. She blends Breathwork and Reiki to help individuals release emotional blockages, regulate their nervous systems, and restore balance in body and mind.

With a passion for holistic healing, Blair creates a safe, supportive space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and transformation. Her approach integrates conscious breathing, energy work, and mindfulness, empowering her students to cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace.

ABOUT KELLY MERRYMAN TURNER

Kelly Merryman Turner empowers others to embody love, joy and abundance and to master inner peace through life’s challenges and transitions. As a holistic healer and transformational coach, she fuses sound and energy healing with yoga, somatics, and life coaching—anchoring ancient wisdom in modern neuroscience.

Kelly is a certified sound healer and breathwork guide, a Holy Fire III Reiki Master, and a yoga teacher with 800+ hours of training, specializing in somatic healing and nervous-system regulation.
She trains and mentors aspiring sound and energy healers in The Sound Healer’s Academy and leads private and public Reiki trainings.
