If you've been interested in finding out more about these new tools and techniques, this is the event for you.Conrad Curtis will talk about the difficulty of keeping current when things are constantly changing. He'll give some tips you can use, and as an example of technology we want to keep abreast of, he'll look at the XGRIDS PortalCam, which recently became the first product to win four NAB Product of the Year awards in a single year. The XGRIDS camera enables physical environments to become structured spatial data that's usable across production, simulation, and AI-driven applications.Erik Weaver and the team from the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC) at USC will talk about how AI inverts the traditional pipeline using their work on the shorts, "The Bends" and "Pathways" as examples. They used the usual craft heads in their AI workflow, augmenting them with AI and using responsible AI.Finally, we'll get a look at technology being developed at Netflix's Eyeline Studios.
