I’m inviting you all to come watch our exciting gymnastics meet this Thursday, November 13 at Flip 1st Gymnastics in Santa Monica. 
From 6:00-8:00 you’ll watch 21 little girls ranging from 6 to 14, performing their gymnastic routines in our preseason opener.
There is no gate fee, admission is free, and I would love you to bring your USM sparkle and energy into our small gym and support our gymnasts with heart-centered energy.
