- **Event Description**: PLEASE RSVP EARLY IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING!!!! Please do not RSVP and say you will attend and then not show up without updating your status online. If we do not have enough RSVPs then we will cancel, we need 14 minimum. So if you show up without RSVPing, we may not be there. If you did RSVP and we cancel, we will send you an email.   This is a recreational non-contact (no blocking) game intended for everyone to have fun. Try to avoid collisions with the opposing players at all costs. We all have to return to work on Monday in one piece. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME (ARRIVE ON THE FIELD BEFORE 11 AM). Remember, be courteous to the other people who are attending and cancel your RSVP if you can't make it, please. North of of Perry's Cafe in between Lifeguard Tower 23 and 22. If you still have trouble finding us, message me on here. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-PARKING\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- There are two parking lots RIGHT THERE at the beach. One for $8/day and the other is $2/hr. There is another lot behind the farmers market is $1/hour. You can access it off of Ocean Park Blvd between Main St & Pacific.You can also park for FREE in the neighborhood east of Main St on Pacific. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-WHAT TO BRING\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Bring water, sunscreen, and a football if you have one. But don't worry if you don't have one, we will provide the football's, field, flags, cones, etc. This is a fun pickup flag football game with zero pressure or rewards so there's no room for arguments, childishness, or anger issues. Please bring your A game and a positive attitude. * DISCLAIMER: Flag football is a dangerous game that can result in serious injury or even death. We do our best to minimize problems by enforcing no-contact rules, but if you come out and play you are agreeing to the Flag Football waiver at the bottom of this post. Football Waiver: RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I, for myself, my heirs, next of kin, personal representatives and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jacob Stein, the Venice Beach Flag Football group, respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers or its members.
