We offer unique pop-up experiences on the West Coast, providing an opportunity to move, feel inspired and connect with your calm in nature.What to Expect:8:45a: Check-in at Lifeguard Tower 28 & mingle with the community!9a: 45 min Mat Pilates with a Flow LA Instructor (open to all fitness levels)10a: Refuel, build your beautiful complimetnary fall bouquet & continue mingling with your community!All guests will receive a wellness swag bag filled with our fave wellness & beauty goodies!Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own!
