- **Event Description**: Join us for a chill dune walk and help keep the beach clean and beautiful!About this EventWe're walking the dunes. ??June 20 · 9–11am · Santa Monica Beach — FREEJoin Santa Monica Helping Hub + The Coastal Alliance for our first-ever Dune Walk & Beach Cleanup.Ashley Oelsen, environmental scientist and founder of The Coastal Alliance, will lead you through the restored dunes and explain why this stretch of beach is one of the most important ecosystems on the Westside.You'll also help clean it up. Gloves, pickers, and bags provided,  bring your own garden gloves if you have them (and skip the plastic!). We'll have refreshments and snacks.?️ Park at Lot 8, Palisades Bluffs (810 PCH) and take the walk down , it's a beautiful stroll. ? Find the SMHH tent to the right , next to 723 Palisades Rd. ?
