This is a somatic and energetic activation designed to help you let go of fear, soften shame, and reconnect to the part of you that knows how to shine, so your body can finally feel safe being seen.

You’ll be guided through a powerful experience that includes:

🌬 Intentional breathwork - We will use breathwork drop out of heads and into our bodies to calm the noise

🌀 EFT Tapping - We’ll use Tapping to release fear, self-doubt, and the emotional patterns that keep us being our most authentic, confident selves

💗 Reiki + sound healing (signature experience) - Receive healing sound frequencies and energy work (light or no-touch) to soothe your nervous system and support deep integration.

🔥 Embodiment practice - A guided, eyes-closed journey to feel what it’s like to take up space — anchoring confidence, power, and visibility in your body.

💬 Closing integration + witnessing - We’ll end in reflection, sharing what we’re releasing and what we’re claiming — and being witnessed in that truth.

This experience is gentle, powerful, and deeply supportive.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, rest, and realign. In a group setting, Reiki is offered with light or no touch to promote energetic balance and deep relaxation.

Reiki is a gentle and safe practice as the healing energy can only promote love and light.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping is a nervous system-based practice often called “tapping.” By tapping on specific acupressure points while speaking intentional phrases and affirmations, we can release stored emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and calm the body’s stress response.
