We will introduce you to 6 types of ribs: beef plate short ribs, beef chuck ribs, beef back ribs, St.Louis Style pork ribs, pork baby back ribs, and lamb ribs. After showing you how to butcher a rack of spareribs into the popular St. Louis style, we will explain the methods for perfect ribs, and when to use a candy, dry rub, or sauce. Lastly, we will show you how to slice and serve each different type of rib! Time to become a full-fledged Certified Backyard Rib Pitmaster.

What to Expect in the Class
During your BrisketU experience, Santa Fe Spirits will elevate the class with a curated tasting and cocktail program hosted right inside the distillery. Guests will enjoy four handcrafted cocktails, each thoughtfully paired with different courses of barbecue throughout the class.
In addition to the cocktails, you will have the opportunity to taste Santa Fe Spirits’ signature whiskey expressions and gain insight into the flavors, ingredients, and techniques behind each spirit.
Guests will also tour the distillery and learn about the distillation process from grain to glass, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how each bottle is made.
This immersive experience brings together the art of barbecue and the craft of distilling for a truly memorable day of food, whiskey, and hands-on learning.
