Neighborly Know-How: Fit for Christ

We invite you to join us for a comprehensive health and fitness class designed for all experience levels. We will cover the importance of physical activity, cardiovascular training, strength development, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, correct breathing techniques, and safe form and technique. We will also discuss how to keep your fitness journey Christ-centered and aligned with bringing glory to God.

Because we may have participants with a wide range of health backgrounds and fitness experience, the class will be accessible to everyone—from those with no prior training to novice, intermediate, and experienced individuals seeking new insights or fresh challenges.

All participants will receive a printed basic strengthening program. To ensure we have adequate materials for everyone, we kindly request RSVP by Nov 30th.

For participants with a higher fitness level, there will be an opportunity for Q&A focused on progression and more advanced training strategies.
