CRMBS
CRMBS is an independent artist, producer, and DJ from Chicago, Illinois. His sound is an
eclectic mix of House, Disco, Techno, and Breaks. A talented multi-instrumentalist and
producer, his style is somehow both familiar, yet unique. As a classically trained
percussionist, and Drum Corps International silver medal winner (2001), to say his style is
heavily influenced by all things percussion, would be an understatement. His talent for
layering unique rhythms, melodies, and samples sets him apart from his peers, both as a
DJ, as well as a producer.
CRMBS is a captivating live performer with a hard hitting and drum-forward style that
keeps crowds moving for hours. His genre-to-genre transitions are seamless and create
epic moments of tension and release. With an eye for what makes an audience move, and
the production skill to push boundaries, his performances will stimulate even the most
