Intro to Flow Arts

Discover the world of flow arts in this playful, movement-based class! Students will explore a variety of props while learning the fundamentals of coordination, rhythm, and flow.

Focus will rotate weekly between staff, hoop, poi, and fans.

No experience required! With a focus on building comfort and creativity, this class offers a supportive space for absolute beginners as well as those looking to expand into new props and patterns.
