Intro to Aerial Fabrics

Aerial fabric (also known as aerial silks) is a long piece of fabric rigged from above that you can climb, wrap around your body, and perform dynamic drops from. Fabrics are the apparatus most folks picture when they hear “aerial.” This discipline offers a fun way to build core strength, flexibility, and confidence while defying gravity.

Introductory: Never been on fabric before? This class is perfect for those curious but not yet airborne! You’ll learn introductory vocabulary, techniques, conditioning, and how to build body awareness – all while getting comfortable being off the ground.

No experience needed. Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
