Intro Self-Defense Workshop

Our classes help participants gain skills and understanding in order to prevent violence. In this Introductory Workshop, you'll learn verbal skills to set boundaries with people you know and de-escalate conflicts. You'll also learn how to defend yourself against violence with simple and effective physical skills.

This is an in-person class. Masks are optional. Please let us know if you need everyone to mask in order to attend.
