Flight Lab - Aerial Arts Conditioning

Build strength, endurance, and body awareness! Flight Lab focuses on aerial conditioning through a mix of both floor and aerial exercises. Fantastic cross-training for all apparatuses.

Students will rotate through a variety of exercises designed to target core stability, upper- and lower-body power, and mobility that supports safe and dynamic aerial work.

All Levels: Truly open to all levels, including those who have never tried aerial before!
