Flex Lab - Develop your flexibility and mobility

Flex Lab focuses on building flexibility while also developing the strength and body engagement needed to safely support your range of motion. Students will work through dynamic and static stretches, mobility drills, and conditioning exercises designed to meet a variety of bodies and experience levels.

All Levels: Modifications are offered throughout, making the class both accessible for beginners and challenging for those looking to push their limits.

No experience needed. Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
