The Mongata Breathwork Experience is a powerful journey into self-inquiry, clearing trauma, transforming the past, releasing stress, and increasing energy, all while using the power of your breath.

Each breathwork experience is curated around a theme, each with its own signature composed playlist.

We will use a variety of breathing patterns to help you connect, release, align, and embody your natural healing process. Breathwork is not suggested for pregnant women.
