Join Lola, Justin and guest harpist Nadine for a special Sound Bath on the Winter Solstice, Sunday December 21st from 12 - 2pm! Take a pause in the stillness and speak your intentions into your water. Relax into gentle breath work, guided meditation and be soothed by the rhythms of Celtic Harps, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp and Lola's angelic vocals. You may choose to receive on-body Crystal Harp sound healing, or be surrounded by healing sounds without hands-on healing. Cultivate your meditation practice, integrate this year's blessings and lessons, and create space for your intuition to guide you deeper toward your authentic truth and inner peace. There will be time for tea, cookies and community afterward!
