When we surrender to the body’s wisdom, letting breath, rhythm and instinct loosen the habits that fragment us we open the pathways that reconnect us to our original aliveness.Throughout the day we’ll weave dance with, embodied inquiry, & journaling amongst the grounding presence of community.
