In Sonoma County, Nguyen cultivates heirloom grains using agroecological practices designed to strengthen climate adaptation and preserve cultural foodways. Their farming approach is grounded in community care, ecological stewardship, and the belief that food systems must reflect the resilience of the people they serve.Beyond their farm, Nguyen is a transformative leader working to strengthen democratic structures and economic justice in agriculture.
