All wines purchased at the Pre-Harvest Party will receive a discount of 5%, in addition to member discounts. This will be the only way to get these prices. Food will be provided by the talented duo of Chef J.R. Chapman and Viviana Melendez-Chapman. J.R. Chapman studied culinary arts at Kendall College before interning at Mango Restaurant in Chicago. He worked his way through the Chicago culinary scene before becoming a District Executive Chef and Regional Chef at various tech companies in Silicon Valley. Viviana Melendez-Chapman has been managing corporate dining for over 10 years and was a Director of Catering and Director of Food Service before becoming CEO of Girasol Concepts (of the famous Girasol Pizza).Make-A-Wish FundraisersThis year we will once again be featuring Make-A-Wish for our fundraising charity. Opportunities to win a loaded gift basket, verticals of previous wines that are hard to find, and a set of new release wines that aren't even released yet!
