Sultry and effervescent, low-down, dirty and mean, this dynamic EDM-infused seven-piece band is bringing jazz back to the dance floor where it belongs. Based out of Portland, OR, and New Orleans, LA, High Step Society has been a favorite of the US festival scene since it’s creation in 2015, touring year-round and sharing stages with a wide range of acts from Beats Antique and The Polish Ambassador to Zion I and Dirtwire. Their fusion of hard-hitting beats with seductive vocals and horns has made them a top performance choice for dancers and burlesque and circus artists worldwide. Capturing the spirit of the Jazz Age and launching it a century forward, this band breaks down the divisions between us and replaces them with the irresistible urge to dance together. High stepping is a state of mind, and a society to be a part of. Dress yourself up nice, jump on the dance floor and lift your best foot towards the sky. Let’s ride this wave together towards better times. FLORATURA Floratura invites listeners to float down stream and melt into an oasis of wonder and discovery. Seamlessly blending soaring jam-band vibes and bouncy neo-soul. Floratura’s electrifying live shows combine uplifting narratives with intricate layers of grooves and textures. Drawing from a variety of influences, the California-bred band explores genres ranging from jazz-rock and funk to electronica, utilizing colorful harmonies, spicy, catchy melodies, and extensive improvisation. The psychedelic atmosphere creates an oasis for listening, dancing and feeling welcome. - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/santa-cruz/moes-alley-halloween-bash-with-high-step-society-floratura/200030642480144 - **Event Categories**: Music, Entertainment, Festivals, Art, fine-arts - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 ## Ticket Details ## Event venue details - **city**: Santa Cruz - **state**: CA - **country**: United States - **location**: 1535 Commercial Way, Santa Cruz, CA, United States, California 95065 - **lat**: 36.98777 - **long**: -121.98289 - **full address**: 1535 Commercial Way, Santa Cruz, CA, United States, California 95065 ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Moe's Alley Halloween Bash with High Step Society + Floratura - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events1/banners/60f250fc1e3df3c99b909848790e119e68c3b8ade171b5a1947ae84e72099bf7-rimg-w1200-h628-dcf8e8c8-gmir?v=1788260743 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Moe's Alley Halloween Bash with High Step Society + Floratura being held? - **A:** Moe's Alley Halloween Bash with High Step Society + Floratura takes place on Sat, 31 Oct, 2026 at 09:00 pm to Sat, 31 Oct, 2026 at 09:00 pm at 1535 Commercial Way, Santa Cruz, CA, United States, California 95065. - **Q**: Who is organizing Moe's Alley Halloween Bash with High Step Society + Floratura? - **A:** Moe's Alley Halloween Bash with High Step Society + Floratura is organized by Moe's Alley, Santa Cruz. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
