As we allow our voices to be heard, we connect deeper with our inner truth and each other. If we leave rehearsal and performance at home, we make space for something present to awaken.

Feel the beats empower you. Allow the community to hold you.

"Freestyling" can look and sound however you desire. Sounds, mumbles, cries, singing, rapping, grunts, humming, toning, yelps. It's all welcome. It's ok to be scared! This is a practice. All ways of participating belong. No pressure to do anything.

Format ranges from simple warm up exercises, channeling our nonsensical innocence, fun games, small group break outs, free flow, etc.

100% of proceeds go to supporting the creative expression of BIPOC with music/voice lessons.
