This session will be a gently facilitated mindful movement class. We will dance outdoors in a contained spot amongst the trees at the very back of Lighthouse Fields park area using silent disco headsets- getting embodied on earth, using movement and music to call us present to the pleasure of being alive:) This will be an ongoing series of seasonal outdoor dance celebrations. The dates will be Sunday Nov 2nd -330-500PM Sunday 21st Dec -300-430PM Sunday Feb 1st- 400-530PM Sunday March 22nd -600-730PM In 5Rhythms dance there are no steps to learn, nothing to get right, just doing the dance that only you can do. It will be a designated non-verbal dance space to support us in dropping in deep ( ie. it is NOT a “hang-out and picnic and chat and have a few beers while I boogie” type of headset event! You will be invited into presence, into practice, into the preciousness of dancing out under wide open skies :) 'And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair'- Khalil Gibran 530-7pm. $20 cash or venmo onto door. We will use “in ear” silent disco headsets transmitters. We will be located on the side of the main huge field -furthest from the ocean- hidden in the trees near where Liberty Street meets Peyton Ave. We will be dancing throughout at the back of the the main field -( ie NOT on the very busy little lawn right by the lighthouse- it is way too busy down there to meet and dance deep down there..) See map in event page feed for precise location of where to find us - we will be on the side of the main huge field -furthest from the ocean- hidden in the trees near where Liberty Street meets Peyton Ave. use this googlemaps pin: https://www.google.com/maps/place/36°57'12.5%22N+122°01'48.5%22W/@36.9534684,-122.0327143,717m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m4!3m3!8m2!3d36.9534684!4d-122.0301394?entry=tts&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDUxNS4xIPu8ASoASAFQAw%3D%3D&skid=f10d7d4e-167d-4a98-87ce-a55115345162 Or use what3words: ///dots.enabling.charms https://w3w.co/dots.enabling.charms Led by Tess Howell.
