Event Guidelines (for Covid): By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines, which include:

• Practice social distancing
• Carry a personal hygiene kit (mask and hand sanitizer) and have it available during the event
• Refrain from sharing transportation, gear, food or close spaces with others outside of your household
• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, if you have been exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.

TRAILHEAD INFORMATION:

This is a difficult hike because it is about 10 miles on a dirt trail that climbs up and down about 2000 ft. We go about a 1 mile an hour pace and go in the road about 5 miles in and walk back out. There probably will be some creek crossings so please bring shoes that you don't mind getting wet in.

TRAILHEAD DIRECTIONS

Parking lot is off the 14 fwy with the Placerita Canyon exit or off Sierra Hwy. Turn right off the exit or on Sierra Hwy and the parking lot is a couple of miles to the right.

• Pack snacks & a lunch
• As it is the cooler season, please wear warmer clothing
• Bring extra warm clothing (jacket in case it gets chilly)
• Shoes with good traction
• A light backpack to carry all your essentials
• Sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses
• Headlamp
• Positive Attitude!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100% committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other people who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
