If you need assistance, we’re here to help. Water & Refreshments: Stations on route for rides & runs; snacks & food trucks at the expo. Age & Participation Rules:• Children under 14 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. • Minimum ages vary by event: e.g. 12‑mile ride ≥ 5 yrs, 25‑mile ≥ 8 yrs, 62‑mile ≥ 15 yrs.
