During these visits, the TRUST team will provide information about their services and resources to our community members.Central Park Library - Every first Thursday of the month, 3 p.m.- 5 p.m.Mission Branch Library - Every second Wednesday of the month, 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.TRUST is a community service that helps Santa Clara County residents during urgent mental health or substance use situations. TRUST treats every situation on a case-by-case basis, providing responsive care without involving law enforcement and triaging other teams when needed.TRUST call center and field response teams are available 24/7 to answer calls for help. The program is a partnership between three social service agencies in Santa Clara County: Momentum for Health, Pacific Clinics, and HomeFirst Services.
