Format: Standard Swiss
Rounds will be Best-of-Three matches and rounds will be 50 minutes long.
After time is called in a round, competitors will have an additional full turn (+1 turn) to complete their match. The active competitor will complete their turn, their opponent will then complete their turn, and if no winner is determined by that point, the game is a draw.
The amount of Swiss Paired rounds is determined by how many players attend in any age bracket. Play 3-5 rounds, best-of-3 to see where you come out!
Players will receive Championship Points based off of their ranking. Championship points are scaled based off of attendance
Players also receive pack per win per round from what sets we have available.
On top of all that you will get a Promo Pack for participating in a Pokemon Play! event
You need to bring:
- a tournament legal 60- card, sleeved deck with matching decklist
- damage counters & randomizer (translucent die, official Pokemon coin, etc)
- a Pokemon Organized Play ID- if you do not have one we can generate one on-site for you.
- You must be over 6 years old and know how to play Pokemon TCG to enter this tournament
