She is certified in Sound Healing, Reiki I & II, and 200-hour RYT Yoga (Yoga Alliance), and is currently completing a breathwork certification through the Being Method.She began her sound healing journey volunteering with Recovery Cafe San Jose and Urban Sanctuary, communities dedicated to healing, spirituality, and social justice.
