This practice activates a whole new world of self mastery.Week Four: Emotional BaselineWe will discuss the power of becoming aware of your emotional baseline. Your emotional baseline is full of the most common emotional states you reside in and resort to. Exploring this will help you consciously choose if there are any patterns of emotions or behaviors it's time to transform.Week Five: Emotional Alchemy and Tuning Our FocusPractice feeling more high vibration emotions the same way you train your muscles while working out. I offer a compassionate space for those ready to navigate their emotional depths and cultivate a more vibrant inner world. Within my own healing journey of self discovery I have forged a bond with my inner self which has been a source of inspiration for me. I believe the revolution starts within each and every one of us. When we make shifts in our inner world our outer world evolves and changes. I work within a coaching style that merges my life experiences with my coaching certifications. I’m certified as a Holistic Life Coach, a Mind and Body Practitioner as well as Subconscious Freedom Coach. I'm also a mother and I love designing and making jewelry and doing yoga. This workshop will be a fun insightful collaboration where we can get creative and focus together in learning about and practicing the art of emotional liberation. We already have all the answers within ourselves, together we bring them into our conscious awareness. I can honestly say this is a really fun self discovery process. You can bring this practice into your daily life and experience more clarity and awareness within yourself, more joy, inner peace and feeling more empowered and aligned in your life.
