Cioppino: The Fisherman’s Stew

Cioppino is one of those timeless, comforting dishes. During the 1850s in San Francisco, Italian fishermen would take the leftovers of the daily catch (think clams, crab, fish, and shrimp) and combine them with a medley of wine, onions, herbs, and tomatoes to create something worth drooling over. In this class we will teach you how to perfect this savory dish and make it time and time again.

We will also teach you the art of making Focaccia, a warm and inviting side designed to bring comfort, with the joy of a little baking to everyone. Great for dunking in your stew. So much comfort in this class, definitely worth your time!
