In this immersive workshop, Dr. Kathy Gruver will guide participants into their own inner underworld through visualization, reflection, journaling, and symbolic exploration, creating a safe and grounded space to meet the hidden aspects of self that have long been avoided, suppressed, or misunderstood. Together you'll explore emotional triggers, fears, and patterns without judgment, reclaim disowned parts of your identity, and begin transforming shadow material into insight, compassion, and personal power. Her toolkit spans hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Reiki, giving her an unusually wide range of approaches for meeting people wherever they are.
