Flowing is about grounding and circular movement
Staccato is about clear expression direction and boundaries
Chaos is release freedom and letting go of control
Lyrical is lightness creativity and effortless movement
Stillness is integration presence and rest
We will move through one full hour long wave guided by eclectic playful music that supports grounding, release, joy ,softness, and connection.?: 08:30 PMCLOSING CIRCLEInfo: COMMUNITY &amp; INTEGRATION - We’ll gather together at the end of the dance to  sit in the container we’ve created and gently land the journey. This is a time to share names, feel the collective energy, and connect as real humans in the room.
You’re welcome to speak or simply listen. This circle is about witnessing, belonging, and growing into community together—a soft, grounded return after the wave of movement.
