As you follow a rhythmic pattern of breath, deeper awareness and emotional ease naturally emerge.The workshop includes 45 minutes of self-reflective journaling and discussion, followed by a breathwork journey and sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, and grounding tones.
