Opening Day of Global Threads: India's Textile Revolution

Join us on opening day of our newest exhibition, Global Threads: India’s Textile Revolution.

Featuring pieces from the Museum’s world-renowned collection, and several important international loans, this ROM (Royal Ontario Museum)-original exhibition explores how over thousands of years India’s artisans have created, perfected and innovated these printed and painted multicolored cotton fabrics to fashion the body, honor divinities, and beautify palaces and homes.
