Easter Brunch at Les Marchands
Chef Weston presents an imaginative brunch menu for Easter on April 1st. Inspired by spring renewal, Les Marchands' brunch menu showcases local ingredients combined with hand-crafted bread from sister property, Helena Avenue Bakery. Samplings of the menu include:
House-made Ricotta - caramelized pineapple & brioche toast
Breakfast Poutine - sausage gravy, cheddar cheese & poached egg
EASTER SPECIAL - Ham-Cured Porchetta smoked over local red oak - with crispy fingerling potato, brussels sprouts, butternut squash, & poached egg
Frittata w/ Smoked Salmon - house-made Boursin, green onion, arugula
Indulge in classic stirred cocktails that complement the menu including the essential Bloody Mary, Bellini and Aperol Spritz.
