From downtown Sanford, we’ll cruise the RiverWalk, pick up the Spring-to-Spring Trail and follow the route around Lake Monroe toward Osteen.

Our destination: Feelgood Farms Winery & Vineyard in Osteen.

And yes, we are riding approximately 18 miles to a winery on purpose.

Feelgood Farms is a laid-back working farm and vineyard specializing in Florida Muscadine wines, including red, white and rosé. They offer wine tastings and flights, and for the grape-resistant among us, they also have craft and domestic beer. 🍇🍺

We’ll hang out for a while, check out the vineyard, have some wine or beer, enjoy the atmosphere, eat some snacks and maybe catch some music.

Then comes the part that sounded much easier when we planned this:

We still have to ride 18 miles home.

We’ll retrace our route back along the Spring-to-Spring Trail and RiverWalk into downtown Sanford for approximately 36 miles round-trip.

And after riding 36 miles with a winery conveniently placed in the middle?

Let’s be honest.

There’s a very good chance we’re having another beer at Dees.
