Sanford Bicycle Club is trading watts for wows as we roll through town on a two‑wheeled tour of Sanford’s sculptures, murals, mosaics, and “is that art or did someone just leave that there?” installations.
Introducing SBC Art Attack: The Rolling Critique Ride — a casual cruise where we admire, analyze, and lovingly roast the public art that makes our city weird, wonderful, and occasionally confusing.
Expect:
• Bold opinions delivered at 12 mph
• Dramatic pointing at murals
• Deep discussions like “Is this symbolism… or did the artist just like birds?”
• Photo ops galore
• Zero actual art degrees required
We’ll stop at several pieces around town, give each one a quick group critique, and crown an unofficial SBC People’s Choice Award at the end.
