Eat Well, Live Well - Lunch & Learn

Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.

THIS MONTH: Hands-Only CPR with AdventHealth EMS.

We'll also have a cooking demo teaching all about winter squashes. Plus a deep-dive on turmeric, including some easy restorative recipes.
